What we collect
- Contact details you enter in an enquiry, partner application or free tool: name, email and, if you provide them, country and phone.
- The information you enter into a free tool, such as height, weight, age and activity level, together with the result it produced.
- Your consent choices (including whether you asked for marketing emails), the version of the wording you agreed to, and the page the request came from.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to match you with a suitable expert, and to send the detailed result you asked for. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Health information
Measurements such as height, weight, waist and age count as health information in many countries, including under UK and EU data protection law and some US state laws. Our tools calculate your result in your browser and nothing is saved unless you tick the box asking us to save it. That box is your explicit consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
Our free tools do not ask for symptoms, diagnoses or medical records. Anything you choose to share during a consultation is handled by the assigned expert for the purpose of your plan only.
Marketing emails
We only send nutrition tips or news about our services if you tick the separate, optional box. Every such email has an unsubscribe link, and saying no never affects your free result.
How long we keep it
We keep tool results and enquiries while we are in touch about them, and delete them within 24 months of your last contact with us, or sooner if you ask. Records of your consent are kept for as long as we hold your details.
Storage and sharing
Your details are stored securely and are accessible only to the Nutrft Wellness team and the verified expert working with you. Service providers that host our website and database, and that send our emails, process data only on our instructions.
Our team is based in India and our providers may store data in other countries. Wherever your data is handled, we protect it to the standard described here.
Your choices
You can ask us to send you a copy of your information, correct it, or delete it. Write to hello@nutrft.com and we will act within 30 days. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
